Featuring trees of the renowned Jamaica Blue Mountain variety, cultivated in the high-altitude regions of Papua New Guinea’s Wahgi Valley in the Western Highlands.

The unique combination of rich volcanic soil, high elevation (1550–1650 MASL), and meticulous plantation practices produces a cup with savoury depth and bright, pleasant acidity.

Layered notes of milk and dark chocolate, complemented by hazelnuts, and complex fruit tones of plum and cherry, finishing with a bright, juicy, wine-like character.
