ASSAM leaf teas are characterised by strong full flavoured tastes and dark golden infusions. The broken grades are darker and stronger often with a distinct malty taste.

AUSTRALIAN teas are best grown on the Atherton Tableland in Northern Queensland. The environment is clean and fresh producing golden infusions and smooth balanced flavours. The teas are rich in anti-oxidants and free of pesticides.
CEYLON leaf teas are highly aromatic, with fine brisk flavour and amber coloured infusions. The broken grades are stronger with more pronounced character.

DARJEELING first flush teas are light, delicate and flowery whilst the second flush Darjeelings develop a full bodied, round fruity aroma with bright infusions. The late season Autumnal Darjeelings are more aromatic, have more colour and strength, and are often consumed with a dash of milk. Darjeelings are excellent afternoon teas.

CHINA exhibits excellent leaf teas with a great diversity of character. Black teas include Keemuns, which are mild and sweet, Yunnans dry and flavoury, Lapsang Souchong rich and smokey. The Oolongs or semi-fermented teas are light, delicate and aromatic. The White teas are rare highgrown types gently withered to produce fine and exquisite flavours. China green teas are loved for their diversity of taste and type and for their great tradition. Flavours are also a tradition with the fresh bouquet of Jasmine used to flavour a wide variety of China teas. And, there are the special types or works of art, hand made types such as Jasmine Peaches and Downy Pearls.
