Full bodied, strong, tasting of chocolate, tropical fruits, butter & nuts with a hint of pepper spice.

This coffee features a hint of gourmet Indian Monsooned Robusta AA for

extra strength.

X- PRESS CHAI TEA LATTE – Makes 2

You will need:-

1 x 3 cup plunger

1 x teaspoon

1 x kettle

Fill kettle with fresh water & boil

Place 3 teaspoons (10g) of chai tea blend (we recommend All Natural X-Press Chai Black Tea for fast infusion) in bottom of plunger

If sugar or flavour required place up to 15ml syrup in bottom of 8oz cup

Eg: Cinnamon, Vanilla, Caramel, Sugar Syrup

Pour hot water into plunger (2/3 full) infuse 5 minutes

Steam your milk as per making a latte

When chai tea leaves infused push plunger down and pour 50 – 60ml of brew(1/3 volume) into 8oz cup

Add the steamed milk and create latte

Decorate with cinnamon or as desired by customer

Approx. cost of tea component less than .22cents per cup (200 cups per kilo)

The festival is dedicated to inspiring people to discover, experience and connect with the wonderful world of specialty tea.

Now in its 4th year, the festival welcomes thousands of tea lovers and is the largest gathering of tea purveyors in Australia.

The main feature of the event is a tea market that showcases specialty tea and tisanes of all kinds.

“Beeng Cha” Chinese for tea cake

Pu-erh teas were traditionally made into cakes and bricks to facilitate their unique characteristic of post-fermentation, and the convenience of being transported by human porters and horses for trade.

Unlike all other categories of Chinese teas, Pu-erh's value increases with ageing, manifested in its smoother texture and richer and unique aged Pu-erh's aroma, flavour and aftertaste.

Pu-erh tea has long been valued in Chinese herbalism for its vast benefits.

Pu-erh tea (pronounced 'poo-air') contains high levels of polyphenols which are known for their antioxidant activity.

Pu-Erh tea (also known as aged or vintage tea) is another of China's great treasures and has only recently been discovered in the West.

It is unlike any other tea in the world but Westerners can appreciate its similarities to fine wine, with which it shares many attributes.

Like the great wine regions of the world, Pu-Erh Tea production is highly regulated to ensure the highest quality and authenticity.

Only aged tea that comes from Yunnan province can be called Pu-Erh tea.
